Remove the pad from wrapper. Before application, peel off protective sheets from the adhesive strips on the back of the pad. To apply, place the pad in your bra with the contoured edges at the sides. The adhesive strips will stick to your bra, keeping the pad in place.

Pads should be changed often to maintain skin health. A general guide would be after each feeding or when saturated.
